Return Guidelines

✅ Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• Items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• The return includes a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items received as gifts without a receipt are eligible for store credit only.

🚫 Exclusions:

• Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts due to improper handling or misuse are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

• A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective items returned due to a change of mind or other non-product-related reasons.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where XCOMCARDS is responsible for a product defect or error.

Exchanges

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, it can be exchanged within 30 days, subject to stock availability.
• If the requested item is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be provided.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error by XCOMCARDS.
• To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or opting for shipping insurance.
